As Head of Content, Creative and Customer Journey I re-imagined NI’s content and messaging strategy, including our in-house creative agency, which challenges traditional B2B marketing while still putting the customer first. This new strategy has resulted in modernizing towards a content subscription focus while increasing social followers by 28% and reducing the creative production studio SLA from 3 months to 3 days.

I led the design and launch of a global company re-brand and content campaign while serving as Chief, Global Marketing which has resulted in consistently meeting and exceeding re-brand KPIs and goals by over 2x. My focus remains on how to make a re-brand stick and exceed success and ROI expectations.

While Head of Global Campaigns, I re-designed annual marketing planning while gaining alignment across all marketing campaign strategies, budgets, and geos. This included a significant resource restructure to better balance people and budget to optimize marketing output and results.

As Marketing Director of the Asia Pacific Region, I successfully led the change management and transformation of an East Asia country branch office model to a centralized APAC regional model that connected to a newly designed corporate center of excellent marketing operation.

As Sr. Manager of Advertising and PR, I led the successful pivot from primary print to primary digital paid media that resulted in a dramatic shift of paid media metrics and KPIs that were integrated with PR earned media share of voice growth efforts.

During my time at the UT, Austin McCombs School of Business and startup, Thinkwell, I led business development efforts partnering with both Marketing and Sales to acquire new clients and find new business offering and product opportunities resulting in record-breaking growth and net new programs.

Do not push me: A disruptive content and media transformation
Traditional marketing, especially in the B2B space is one that is designed to push content to its audience. This strategy is built on a comfortable and default content and media plan that is due for disruption.
